I moved in last December and while I had heard negative things about copper beech this new front office and maintenance team are awesome! Shout out to Brian for coming to help with out AC and also going above and beyond to help with other issues we had in the apartment!

I have lived here for 3 years and I think it is the perfect and most affordable college housing. You get what you pay for and I have definitely had a couple issues being here as long as I have been however, the maintenance is the best in the world, the office staff is quick and efficient, and the payment portal is simple! If I were to redo my college experience, I would pick Copper every time.

I love living here! I have been here for 2 years and just renewed for my third. We just got new flooring and I am in love! These upgrades make the apartment so much prettier, don't know what these other reviews are on because I LOVE IT!! These upgrades were 100% needed to make this place shine! The new maintenance team is super helpful, special shout out to Robert, Brian, and Bobby! They are the best! Always take the best care and clearly care about us and our units. The space is amazing and we have so much room for storage. The office staff is super helpful, kind, and amazing! They rock! I had a bit of a rocky move-in but they have more than made up for it, I should also add that my move-in was under old management, the new management is wonderful! I have loved my time here at Copper, I love my unit, the amenities, EVERYTHING!! 10/10 recommend living here!

Over the past two years of living here, my partner and I have had a lot of complaints. But the new maintenance team is amazing! Brian, Ken, Bobby and Ryan came in to replace our washer/dryer unit and went above and beyond. I really do appreciate their hard work and efficiency.
