  Yesterday, October 16 Top Line Fence came to my house to repair the railings. I’m very very very pleased that it did not take three years. Why actually it did. But Kyle came out yesterday and he did a job on all of my post. Very good job I’m very well satisfied. Scott, you have a good group of guys working for you. I think you should take them all out to lunch. Finally you guys finally did the job. Much appreciated Scott thank you so much. Have a great day and stay healthy. Because this customer is going to preach to the world about your company . Thank you, Jo Buscemi I’ve been waiting three years now. My railings need repair they’re calling it. The shoes on the bottom of the post needs repair new shoes. Like I said I’ve been calling for three years and I’m getting oh you know Covid held us up this that and the other. Will Covid’s gone or under control when am I going to get my repairs. I called today August 17, 2023 was on hold for oh bad 15 to 25 minutes. Supposedly he has shoes in stock. I don’t know why you didn’t call me. Very poor customer service. I’ve been happy with my sons. I was happy with the install. However I’m not happy with their customer service. I’m at my wits end. I don’t know what to do. Sorry I had to write this negative review but maybe it’ll create some attention. Thank you Scott, the owner of Top Line Fence.
